I’m still waiting the updates just isn’t coming. It’s been frustrating not knowing what’s going on...

I got my bag from mvstselect.com it looks decent overall. The zipper works, but it gets a little stiff around the corners, which is annoying. The latch closes most of the time, but it’s definitely not as smooth as I was expecting. They made it seem like everything would feel super polished and easy to use, so this feels like another one of those broken promises. It’s not awful, just more average than I hoped.

I was trying to place my order, but the payment just kept failing over and over. At first I assumed it was a normal card or connection hiccup, but after the same pattern kept happening for about 20 minutes, I just gave up.

The product photos are really nice, and the site does look modern at first. But after a few minutes, I started feeling kind of pressured with all the sections, pop-ups, and stuff competing for my attention. I just wanted to browse casually, but it felt like there was always something trying to push me somewhere else. The colors and layout are decent, but it doesn’t feel very clean. I got frustrated trying to find what I was looking for. It would be a lot better if things were simpler and more relaxed

I ordered this from MVST Select because my brother has a similar bag and I liked the look of his. Overall, it’s a nice bag and feels well made, but the carry-on sizing was a little borderline for me. It fit in one airline’s sizer, but on another trip it was really close, and I was a bit nervous they’d make me check it. It’s not a bad bag at all, I just wish the size details had been clearer before I bought it. Giving it 3 stars

The info was close. Most of it made sense. A few details felt off though. Not a big deal, but I noticed.

I bought this lock from MVST Select, and after using it for a bit, I started noticing the same issues over and over. It just doesn’t feel smooth or reliable in a way I’d expect from something I’m supposed to use every day.
The key feels rough going in, and there’s this annoying pattern where sometimes it opens fine, but other times I have to jiggle it or try a few times before it finally unlocks. At first I thought maybe I was just rushing, but it kept happening enough that I couldn’t really ignore it.

Security-wise, I don’t feel great about it either. The whole thing feels a little lightweight and cheap in my hand, and that kind of defeats the purpose of a lock for me. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I found the site mostly okay to get around. The navigation seemed fine for the most part, but there were a few pages I had to look around for a bit before finding. It wasn’t really a big problem, though I guess it could feel a little smoother.

The quality is okay overall, and I don’t really have any major complaints about it (it does what it’s supposed to do). That said, the price feels a little too high for what you’re getting, at least for me.

I had to reach out about a warranty issue with my bag, and they did eventually get it handled. It just took a few back-and-forth messages and some waiting, which was kind of confusing?? The customer service team was polite, but not exactly fast. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but I wouldn’t say it was amazing either.

I really liked how it looked when I got it, but the Upright stability just isn’t great. Mine wobbles more than I expected, and I don’t feel super comfortable leaving it standing on its own. For the price, it’s Disappointing.

The box looked totally fine when it arrived, so no complaints there. But the actual unboxing felt plain to me. Maybe I was expecting a little more, or am I missing something?

I was hoping this would actually shrink my files a decent amount, but it barely made a difference. What made it more frustrating was getting inconsistent answers about what results I should expect, so I wasn’t even sure if it was working properly or not. Overall, disappointing

I really wanted to like this bag because it does look nice, but I could barely fit enough clothes for a weekend trip. When I asked about the size, I felt kind of talked down to, like I just didn’t understand how to pack properly. it just fits way less than I expected

The telescoping handle is actually really comfy to use, like really comfy. It doesn’t feel awkward the way some other bags I’ve had do, and it slides up nice and easy. I do wish it felt just a little sturdier, but overall it’s been good.

The bag itself looks nice, so I was a little confused when I started rolling it around. The wheels are way louder than I expected, especially on pavement and even airport floors. It makes this rattly noise that gets annoying fast. For the price, I really thought it would roll a lot quieter??

I got a backpack from MVST Select, i’m happy with it so far. The inside layout makes sense to me, though maybe I’m just picky about pockets. The laptop section feels secure, and the smaller pockets help keep my cables and random stuff from getting lost at the bottom. I do kind of wish it had one more zip pocket, but maybe that’s just me overthinking it. Overall, it’s a solid bag.

I ordered a bag that was clearly marked as available, then a few days later I got an email saying it was actually out of stock. Frustrating and a waste of time. I tried following up with support, but it felt like I was stuck in a loop getting the same vague responses instead of a real answer. They really need to keep their inventory updated and make the support process less annoying.

The suitcase looks nice enough, but wow, it’s heavier than I expected even when it’s empty. Like, it already feels heavy before you put anything in it. Once I packed for my trip, I was almost at the airline weight limit, which was frustrating. If you travel a lot, this might not be the best pick. I’m a little disappointed, especially for the price
